Upon coming to the Dark cave, visitors can experience a 400m zip lining shuttle service across the river to come to the cave entrance. After exploring and mud bathing in the cave, guests will be kayaking to discover the Chay River, then swing the rope and jump down the river and join in many exciting underwater games.

In the morning, we will come to pick you up at the hotel and we then begin our Phong Nha and Dark Cave Tour from Dong Hoi. We are heading up directly to Phong Nha National Park.

On arrival, you embark on small motorized boat to sail around 30 minutes along the Son river and admire the charm of the area on two banks of the river. During the trip, the guide will tell you some stories of the local people for you to know more of the area.

Upon reaching the entrance, we start to travel along the underground river and you will start to hear some of swallow bird sound on the cave ceiling. Such beautiful stalagmites rising up from the ground as some figures of lady buddha, a toad, a tiger, or an elephant or even some stalactites hanging down like lanterns in Hoi An: all will bear in your mind. And then, you will get off the boat on the way out and walk on fine sand to admire more of stalagmites from the ground and stalactites hanging down from the ceiling of cave. Such a stunning beauty of nature appears in front of you, from biggest golden bell in the cave or fairy chamber or old castle and terrace field upon your imagination. These pictures of nature look like a watery painting drawn by someone.

After that, our Phong Nha Dark cave tour proceeds to Dark cave. On arrival, change your swimming suit and wear helmet and we start the journey. As you know, the Dark cave is  6 km long and is considered as a “little Son Dong”. In the rainy season, the water level comes up high, forming a large mud lake with lots of minerals to help visitors wash away the dirt of the body. The Chay river is clear blue water mixing up with green trees and majestic limestone mountain. Right here, visitors can experience the zip lining of 400 meters from the station to the entrance of the Dark cave, continue discovering the cave by the head light or bathing with natural minerals that are really good for your health. Continue your excursion on Chay river and soaking yourself in cool water, participating in some water sports or just simply kayak to admire stunning view right here.
